You can tell it things like "find reefer loads from Memphis to Orlando over $3/mi" or "plan a chain from Denver to Boston leaving Friday" and it searches the board, shortlists loads, and retrieves broker phone numbers — all from a single chat window. Bandit is included with Carrier Pro.
- What happens after my free trial?
- After 30 days, you'll need a Carrier Pro subscription to continue shortlisting loads, using load chaining, and unlimited document scanning. Load search remains free forever.
- How do the BOL Scanner and Invoice Processor work?
- Anyone can use the BOL Scanner and Invoice Processor — no account required. You get 10 free lifetime scans per tool. After that, a Carrier Pro subscription gives you unlimited scans. Subscribers during their trial period also get unlimited scans.
- When does my trial start?
- Your 30-day trial starts when your account is approved by our team, not when you register. We manually review each account to ensure quality.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — cancel any time from the Billing page inside your account. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- What's included in Enterprise API access?
- Enterprise customers get a REST API key to query loads, submit shortlists, and pull itinerary data programmatically — designed for TMS and ERP integration.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Yes — you can subscribe annually for $299/year (saves $49 vs monthly). Choose your billing interval on the Billing page when you subscribe.
