- After 30 days, you'll need a Carrier Pro subscription to continue shortlisting loads and using load chaining. Load search remains free forever.
- When does my trial start?
- Your 30-day trial starts when your account is approved by our team, not when you register. We manually review each account to ensure quality.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — cancel any time from the Billing page inside your account. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- What's included in Enterprise API access?
- Enterprise customers get a REST API key to query loads, submit shortlists, and pull itinerary data programmatically — designed for TMS and ERP integration.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Not yet, but we're planning to offer discounted annual billing soon. Enterprise customers can negotiate annual contracts directly.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Enterprise invoicing available on request.
